Sleeping late
Waking early;
There’s never enough light

Norway is this grey place during November. There’s scarcely any daylight and all it’s all too early for snow. The autumn leaves which used to brighten the days are now growing old and brown, the grass is gone and the fields are dark. Somewhere in the woods you can still hear some patient bird sing, calling for a mild winter and a sudden spring.
Enjoy the season:)

Thank you for sharing the photo (cool), your poem (I feel the same way), and information about Norway (I would come just to hear the bird sing).
Thank you for taking your time dropping by Yousei, glad you found something familiar in my words.

Beautiful piece. What I like most? The way your words are inseparable from the image you take. Loved these lines:
“Somewhere in the woods you can still hear some patient bird sing, calling for a mild winter and a sudden spring”.
Welcome back! Welcome back you harbinger of winter:)
Thank you, my friend. Your words inspire me to become even better, both in writing and photography
