Like I would ever describe it. The floating green with a overwhelming impression red. Painterly filling out the black spots, merging light and shadow into this rusty being of an old car. This time I stole its colours, leaving only shades behind. Memories, maybe. Laughing. The sound of crimson, the husky voice of bogus jade.

Sweat. The comforting smell of a home, a place for the crazy maybe. Hard work.
Toes. Moving, bring the foot alive. Then the ankle, the leg, the body and mind. Play.
Spin. Get dizzy and fall. Trust me, I’ve done it before. Spot and turn. Spot.
Split. Box, non-box, boxed and front. Let go of everything and breathe. Stretch.
Dance. Tell the stores of catching butterflies. From shoulder to fingertips. Feel.
Dream. As if your life depends on it. And keep going. Excellence.
Live. The air filling your lungs is precious. So are you. Curtain call.

What does really count, the end or now? The quiet moments or the ecstatic ones? The times you fly or the ones you nearly drop dead? Between the lines of now or never, what is really.. not important (everything’s important), but an essense of this fragile thing named life?

… and is it measurable?
is it meaningful?
is it even possible to put into words?

Or are we left grasping, not for air but for this single thing. Which seems so far out of reach.
